1/2 cup dried shrimp/hibe
3 tbs fish sauce
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1 tbs annato powder
5 cups water
1 shrimp cube
2 tbs A/P flour
4 tbs cornflour
1/2 cup water
Salt if needed
1/3 cup all purpose cream
Boiled eggs
Smoked fish/tinapa flakes
Crushed pork rind/chicharon
Cooked shrimp
Fried garlic
Chopped spring onions
Kalamansi/lemon wedges
