Once cooled, peel and slice the boiled eggs.

Boil 1 lb of shrimp with the shell on in 5 cups of water.

Remove shrimp and reserve the broth.

Heat a pan on medium-high heat and add 2 tbsp of oil.

Add 1 lb of ground pork and season with salt, cooking for 5 minutes until browned.

Use a paper towel to absorb some of the excess oil.

Add 1 medium onion and 5 garlic cloves, cooking for 2 minutes.

Add adobo powder for coloring and flavor, stirring until well combined.

Add 4 cups of shrimp broth and 2 shrimp bouillon cubes, seasoning with salt or fish sauce.

Mix the remaining 1 cup of shrimp broth with 4 tbsp of corn starch and stir until the broth thickens.

Bring a pot of water to boil, then add 8 oz of bihon noodles, swishing them around to separate and boiling for 5 minutes.
