2 tablespoons yogurt
1 lemon (juice)
4 tablespoons tahini
2 tablespoons olive oil
chili powder (for garnish)

Soak chickpeas overnight.

Boil chickpeas with salt until slightly soft, about 3 whistles.

In a jar, add 2 tablespoons of yogurt.

Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon into the jar.

Add 3 cloves of chopped garlic.

Add 4 tablespoons of tahini.

Add the boiled chickpeas gradually, blending until smooth.

If the mixture is too dry, add a little of the reserved boiling water.

Blend until you achieve a fine paste consistency.

Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and blend again.
