500g baby potatoes

2 Chopped tomatoes
2 Chopped onions
1 Tsp ground black pepper
Salt to taste
1L Beef stock
2 beaten eggs
2 Tbls chopped parsley
1 Tbls Fenugreek seeds
2 Tbls Zhug

Heat up a drop of olive oil and fry onions for a couple of mins.

Add the beef, mix and cook for 15 mins.

Add the chopped tomatoes, black pepper, baby potatoes, beef stock and salt to taste.

Mix well and cook for 45 mins or until potatoes are soft.

Stir in the chopped parsley and beaten eggs.

Add the Fenugreek seed and Zhug, mix well and cook for 5 mins more.
