Wash and clean 2 whole chickens, slice in half.

Soak rice in water for about 1 hour.

In a pan, add water and the chicken, cover, and cook for about 15-20 minutes.

In oil, fry onions until golden brown, then transfer to a bowl.

After 15-20 minutes, add spices and whole garlic to the chicken, cover, and cook for another 10-15 minutes.

Place cooked chicken on a tray, brush with saffron or food coloring mixed with water, and add whole garlic.

Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.

Mix the stock from the chicken and oil with the rice, taste, and adjust seasoning if necessary.
