1 and half tsp cumin
half tsp pepper
5 green cardamom
2 black cardamom
6 cloves
few stone flower
2 bay leaves
1 mace
1/4 nutmeg
4 red chilli or 1 tsp red chilli powder
2 tsp coriander seeds or 1 and half tsp coriander powder
mandi masala
2 tsp oil
1 lemon's lemon juice
1 bay leaf
5 big onion
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 green chilli
1 lemon skin
4 cups water
mandi masala
salt as required

Soak the basmati rice for half an hour.

Prepare the mandi masala using the listed spices.

Marinate the chicken with the mandi masala, oil, and lemon juice.

In a pot, heat oil and sauté the onions until golden brown.
