1 chopped onion
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
1 teaspoon chopped green chillies
2 chopped tomatoes
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
salt to taste
2 eggs
chopped parsley
1 tablespoon tomato paste
splash of water

Heat oil in a pan.

Add 1 chopped onion and sauté until it becomes pinkish and translucent.

Add 1 teaspoon chopped garlic and sauté for a while.

Add 1 teaspoon chopped green chillies and sauté well.

Add 2 chopped tomatoes and cook until the water reduces.

Add 1 teaspoon red chilli powder, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, and salt to taste, and sauté.

Add 1 tablespoon tomato paste and a splash of water to combine the spices.

Mix in 2 beaten eggs and a little water to help them cook.

Cook on low heat until the eggs are set.

Add chopped parsley and mix well.

Spread liquid cheese on top and garnish with chopped parsley.

Cover and cook for 1-2 minutes until the cheese melts.
