1 large onion, finely chopped
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
4-5 green chilies
1/2 cup water
salt to taste
3 eggs
2-3 tablespoons full-fat milk
liquid cheese (amount to preference)
crushed red chili to taste

Heat 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan.

Add 1 finely chopped large onion and fry until translucent and lightly golden brown.

Add 2 chopped medium tomatoes and 4-5 green chilies.

Pour in 1/2 cup of water to prevent sticking.

Add spices as per taste and a little tomato puree, then mix well.

Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes until the tomatoes and onions are soft.

Once soft, add 3 eggs and 2-3 tablespoons of full-fat milk.

Cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes until the eggs are cooked.

Check seasoning and adjust salt and spices as needed.

Add crushed red chili and mix.

Add liquid cheese, cover, and cook for another 2-3 minutes until melted.
