1 large onion, chopped
2 medium ripe tomatoes, chopped
2-3 spicy chilies, finely chopped
2 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped
3 eggs

Liquid cheese or cream cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1 &1/2 tsp paprika
2 teaspoon tomato paste
1/4 cup water

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced onions and cook until soft.

Stir in chopped tomatoes, cumin powder, coriander powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until the tomatoes release their juices.
