1 teaspoon oil
2 pieces onion
1 piece green chilli
2 pieces tomato

black pepper powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon paprika powder

Add 1 tablespoon of butter and 1 teaspoon of oil to a pan and melt it.

Add 2 pieces of chopped onion and 1 chopped green chilli to the pan and sauté for 10 minutes.

Add 2 pieces of chopped tomato and mix for 5 minutes.

Add salt and black pepper powder to taste.

Add 1 teaspoon of cumin powder, 1 teaspoon of paprika powder, and a little dried oregano, then mix and fry for 5 minutes.

Add a little water to prevent spices from burning and cook for 5 to 10 minutes until the onions and tomatoes are well cooked.

Cover and cook on low flame for 5 minutes.

Check if the water has dried up, then add 4 pieces of eggs and some chopped fresh coriander.

Mix and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame, arranging as it dries.

Optionally add cream cheese on top for garnishing and sprinkle with chilli flakes and dried oregano.

Cover and cook for another 5 minutes to dry up any remaining water.

Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with bread.
