Fennel Seeds - 1 tsp

Cloves
Cinnamon
Bay leaf
Onion - 1
Water - 7.5 cup
Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tbsp
Tomato - 2
Green Chilly - 2
Salt
Whole Chicken
Butter - 3 tbsp
Red chilly powder - 1 tbsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp

Add oil in a pressure cooker, add whole masalas, Onion, ginger garlic paste and saute.

Add water and salt. Add chicken and cook till 2 whistles.

Take out chicken and add more water and add rice, tomato, green chilli and salt.

Add rice and cook till 1 whistle.

Mix butter with red chilly powder, garam masala, salt makes a paste.

Apply it on to the chicken and shallow fry it.

Place the chicken on top of the rice add charcoal and cover for 3 minutes.
