1 cup Thick rava (sooji /semolina)
2-3 tbsp Ghee
3/4 tsp Rai (mustard seed)
1 tsp Chana dal
1 tsp Urad dal
Few curry leaves
1-2 Green chilly, finely chopped
1/2 cup Beans, finely chopped
1/4 cup Carrot, grated
2-3 tbsp Fresh coconut
1 tsp Salt (as per the taste)
3 cup Hot water
2 tbsp Coriander leaves, finely chopped

Heat ghee in a pan.

Add mustard seeds and let them splutter.

Add chana dal, urad dal, and curry leaves; sauté until golden.

Add chopped green chilly, beans, and grated carrot; cook for a few minutes.

Stir in the thick rava and roast until it turns slightly golden.

Add salt and hot water; mix well.

Cover and cook until the rava absorbs the water and becomes fluffy.

Add fresh coconut and chopped coriander leaves; mix well before serving.
