Curried Cauliflower Soup

1 head orange cauliflower
2 cloves garlic
chicken bouillon
1 can coconut milk
curry powder
turmeric
ginger
collard greens
cashews
dates
honey
peanut butter

Dice up the onion and sauté it in the pan until caramelized.
