Take 250g of ground beef in a suitable bowl.

Add salt, black pepper, and finely chopped parsley to the beef.

Knead the mixture well.

Make balls the size of hazelnuts from the prepared meat mixture.

Put the meatballs on a plate where flour is sprinkled.

Coat the meatballs completely with flour.

Put oil in a pot and start frying 1 finely chopped onion.
