2 eggs
180 grams sugar
90 grams whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
24 grams cocoa powder
pinch of salt
¼ tsp vanilla
1 stick butter, melted

Line springform pan with parchment and preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.

In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and sugar–do not overmix.

Stir in vanilla and melted butter.

In another bowl, mix together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

Sift into bowl of wet ingredients, discarding the last little chunks of cocoa powder that don’t go through.

Mix to combine, but don’t overmix.

Pour into pan and bake for 17 minutes.

Remove from oven, cover in foil, and bake for 4 more minutes.

Let cool, and refrigerate for about an hour until it cools down and hardens up a bit.
