1/2 cup plain flour

Add 2 eggs and 1 and 1/3 cups of sugar to a mixing bowl.

Mix the eggs and sugar together.

Add 1/8 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 cup of plain flour to the mixture.

Turn the mixer on to low and gradually add the flour.

Melt 1/2 cup of butter and add 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract to it.

Add 4 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa to the melted butter and vanilla, and mix until well combined.

Pour the chocolate mixture into the batter and mix until there are no lumps.

Prepare a baked tin with a removable bottom, about 8 or 9 inches in size.

Pour the batter into the prepared tin.

Bake in the oven at 180° C (350° F) for about 25 to 30 minutes.
