250g or 1 1/4 cup or 3 dl sugar
2 eggs
10g or 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
5g or 1 tsp vanilla extract
30g or 2.5 - 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
5g or 1 tsp salt
90g or 2/3 cups or 1.5 dl of flour
150g or 10 tablespoons of butter

Preheat oven to 300F/150C

Mix eggs and sugar until pale yellow and ribbon-y

Mix in vanilla sugar, cocoa powder, and salt

Mix in flour

Melt butter and mix

Bake for 20-25 mins until done to your liking (mine was baked for 21 mins)

Cool for at least 30 mins then serve with whipped cream and raspberries!
