Mix lamb mince with black pepper, fine salt, spring onions, curry leaves, mint, onions, green chilies, and lemon juice.

Fry the lamb mince halfway in 1/4 cup oil.

Chop spring onions finely for the filling.

Braise 1.2 kg of mutton with chopped onions, green chilies, curry leaves, mint, and thyme in 1 cup oil.

Add 1 tbsp rough salt, 2.5 tbsp masala mix, 1 tbsp fresh ginger garlic, and 1 tsp black pepper to the mutton and fry for 10 minutes.

Add chopped tomatoes to the mutton and let it cook.

Prepare the dough by mixing 3 cups of cake flour and 1 cup of self-raising flour with hot water until smooth.

Let the dough rest, then roll it out into small circles.

Place the filling in the center of each circle and seal them tightly.

Add 1 liter of hot boiling water to the pot with the mutton and place the dumplings in the curry to cook.
