Cumin Lamb Stir Fry, a classic northeastern Chinese dish which requires stir frying in very hot oil to retain tenderness inside and perfect brown on the outside. Fortunately, with the air fryer, I was able to recreate the delicious dish with a few simple steps and very minimal amount of oil.
