Keto Tandoori Fish

Cultural Context

Tandoori fish has its roots in Indian cuisine, where marinating fish in a spiced yogurt mixture and cooking it in a tandoor (clay oven) creates a flavorful dish. Traditionally enjoyed with naan or rice, this keto version focuses on low-carb ingredients while retaining the essence of the original. Today, it's popular in many Indian restaurants and homes, celebrated for its vibrant flavors and healthy profile.
