1/2 teaspoon roasted jeera (cumin)
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
chopped parsley
water (as needed)
vegetable oil (for frying)

Clean and devein the shrimp, then season minimally with black pepper and salt.

Add about 1 cup of Chief brand polouri mix to a bowl.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of roasted jeera (cumin) to the mix.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder to the mix for fluffiness.
