1lb/500g ground beef (mince)
3/4 tsp salt
1 – 1 1/2 tsp ground chilli powder or cayenne pepper
1 1/2 tsp EACH garam masala powder, cumin and coriander
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 cup water
