4 medium tomatoes
3-4 whole red chilies
1 cup water
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon garam masala
2-3 green chilies
4 cups basmati rice

Heat 1 cup of oil in a large pot

Fry 4 medium-sized onions until golden brown

Pour in 1 cup of water and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes
