Chop the white part of spring onions, a few cloves of garlic, and a couple of tomatoes.

Sauté the onions and garlic in a drizzle of olive oil.

Add a few green chilies for spice.

Once the aroma fills the kitchen, add 2 lb of boneless beef chunks and brown for about 5-6 minutes.

Season with cumin, coriander, cardamom, and cinnamon powder.

Add 2 tbsp of tomato puree and the chopped tomatoes.

Pour in 4 cups of boiling water and let the pot simmer for about an hour and a half until the meat starts falling apart.

Once the meat is soft, place it on a skillet and mash it with a fork.

Add a generous pinch of salt to the meat.

Pour a generous cup of the sauce on top and stir gently on medium heat until it bubbles.

Serve with bread.
