2 medium onions
1/2 kg green peas
200 gm prawns
1 green chilli
few chopped curry leaves
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tomatoes
red chilli powder as per taste
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
salt as per taste
few chopped coriander leaves

Clean and wash prawns and keep aside.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan, and add chopped onions, chopped green chilli, few chopped curry leaves, and a little salt. Cook until soft.

Add ginger garlic paste and sauté for a few seconds until the raw smell goes away.

Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft.

Add all the powdered masalas and stir-fry for a few seconds.

Add green peas, mix well, add a little water, and cook until soft.

Add prawns and chopped coriander leaves, mix, and let cook for 2 minutes.

Sprinkle a little garam masala, mix well, and cook for a few seconds.

Serve hot with chapati or rice.
