1 can (16 ounces) garbanzo chickpeas
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 garlic clove
2 teaspoons cumin
1 tablespoon olive oil

Drain the liquid from the garbanzo chickpeas and place them in a food processor.

Add 1/4 cup of lemon juice to the food processor.

Add 2 teaspoons of cumin to the mixture.

Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, along with a little bit of salt and pepper.

If the mixture is too thick, add 3 tablespoons of water gradually while blending until smooth.

Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl and drizzle a little olive oil on top.
