Cut lamb into 4-inch pieces and wash it.

In a large pan, add a little oil and turn on the stove.

Add the lamb to the pan.

Add 4 chopped onions and 3 chopped tomatoes to the pan.

Add 1 whole bulb of garlic cut into small pieces and 2 jalapenos.

Optionally add 1/2 of a green pepper.

Mix everything together.

Add turmeric to taste and mix again.

Cook for about 10 minutes, then check and add water if needed to cover the ingredients.

Cover the pan and let it cook for about 1 hour.

After 1 hour, check the meat and add spices: salt to taste, 3 tablespoons of kidney (spice), a little cumin, and some ginger.

Add more jalapenos if desired for spice.

Serve with injera or in a bowl.
