Soak the mung bean vermicelli in clean water for about 10 minutes to soften.

In a small bowl, combine 3 tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tbsp of oyster sauce, 1 tbsp of fish sauce, 3 tbsp of minced garlic, ¼ cup of diced cilantro, 3 tbsp of diced red chilies, and ¼ cup of water; mix well.

Add 4 tsp of butter to the pot and melt it over medium-low heat.

Add diced sweet onion to the pot and stir-fry until soft and slightly browned, about 5 minutes.
