Place the garbanzo beans in the smoker and smoke for about 1.5 hours.

Remove the smoked garbanzo beans from the smoker and place them in a food processor.

Add tahini to the food processor.

Add a pinch or two of smoked kosher salt to the food processor.

Squeeze out a couple cloves of smoked garlic and add them to the processor.

Add a little lemon juice to the mixture.

Sprinkle in some ben's heifer dust.
