1

Add 3 cups of flour to a bowl.

2

Add 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of salt to the flour and mix well.

3

Beat 1 egg and add it to the flour mixture.

4

Take 1 teaspoon of instant yeast and mix it with 1/4 cup of water to activate it, letting it stand for about 10 minutes.

5

In another bowl, combine 1/2 cup of milk and 2 tablespoons of oil and mix well.

6

After 10 minutes, the yeast should be frothy; add it to the flour mixture.

7

Knead the mixture to form a soft, smooth dough, adding water as needed.

8

Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 4 hours, kneading it a little in between to keep it soft.

9

After 4 hours, the dough should have doubled in size.

10

Divide the dough into round balls and flatten them out on a surface, using a little oil on the rolling pin if necessary.

11

Heat a skillet on the stove until hot, indicated by smoke.

12

Place the flattened dough onto the hot skillet.

13

Cook until small bubbles form and the dough starts to rise, then turn it over and press down slightly.

14

Cook until both sides are brown and the naan is fully cooked.
