Instructions

  1. 1Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, baking powder, and salt.
  3. 3In another bowl, mix together the milk, almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. 4Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
  5. 5Fold in the chocolate chips and nuts if using.
  6. 6Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish or individual ramekins.
  7. 7Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and set.
