Boneless Fish - 350-400 gms (Basa, Sole or Catfish)
Salt-1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
Red Chilli Powder-3/4 tsp
Kashmiri Chilli Powder-3/4 tsp
Garam Masala powder- 1/4 tsp
Ginger garlic paste- 3/4 tsp
Corn Flour- 1 tbsp
Rice flour- 1 tbsp
Water- 1 tbsp + 1 tbsp later
Coriander leaves, fine chopped- 2 tbsp
Oil-3-4 tbsp
Green Chillies, slit and cut- 4-5
Curry leaves- 20-25 leaves

Cut the fish fillets into 2 inch long pieces and pat dry. Also chop the coriander leaves.

Marinate with items specified, mix well, add a splash of water for the mix to coat the pieces well. Lastly add the chopped coriander leaves and mix again.

Cut the green chillies and take out the curry leaves.

Heat oil in a pan and then add the slit & cut green chillies and the curry leaves.

Give a stir for 30-60 secs and then place the marinated fish pieces side by side.

Fry on medium heat for around 3 mins and then flip them.

Fry on medium heat for around 3 mins on the other side.

Flip and continue to fry on medium to low heat for another 2 mins on each side till crisp.
