Start by cleaning the fish and marinating it with salt and carom seeds for about 2 hours.

After 2 hours, add vinegar and besan to the fish and let it sit for another 15 minutes.

In a bowl, mix 1/2 tablespoon salt, 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1/2 tablespoon red chili powder, and 1/2 tablespoon coriander powder with 3 tablespoons lemon juice to create a marinade.

Combine the marinade with the fish and mix well, then let it marinate for 1 to 1.5 hours.

Add 2-3 tablespoons of corn flour to the marinated fish to make it crispy on the outside.

Prepare a tawa by heating approximately 500-600 ml of oil on it.

Once the oil is hot, place the fish on the tawa with the skin side up to prevent burning.

Fry the fish for about 4-5 minutes, then check the condition of the fish.

Move the fish to the sides of the tawa to allow any remaining moisture to evaporate and ensure even cooking.

Fry the second batch of fish in the same manner, placing it on the sides of the tawa after 8-10 minutes.
