In a pot, boil the lamb meat with onion, garlic, ghee or olive oil, bay leaves, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon stick, grated ginger, cumin powder, turmeric powder, meat spices, curry powder, cardamom powder, black pepper, and cinnamon powder.

Cook until the lamb is tender and the flavors are infused into the broth.

For the hashew, caramelize the finely chopped onion in some water, then add yellow raisins, black pepper, cinnamon powder, cardamom powder, black lemon powder, curry powder, ghee, and salt to taste.

Prepare the daqoos by sautéing minced garlic, chopped tomatoes, ghee, tomato paste, and a small amount of water, seasoning with salt to taste.
