Cut lamb into inch strips
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat
Add lamb strips and cook for about 4-5 minutes until browned on the outside
Add dried rosemary and salt to the lamb
Cover with a lid and cook for another 5 minutes
Remove lid and cook for another 5 minutes to reduce moisture
Add sliced onions and chopped garlic; increase heat to maximum
Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring constantly
Add chopped tomatoes and cook for 4 minutes, stirring
Add chili of Kipnis seeds and cook for 2-3 more minutes
Adjust seasoning with salt and black pepper as needed
