1 kg beef bones (with meat)
1 cup green onion
4 garlic cloves (minced)
1/2 tbsp ginger paste
1/2 cup celery
Salt to taste
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp coriander
1 tbsp all spice
5 cardamom pods
6 cups water
1 beef broth cubes
2 bay leaves
Fresh coriander
lemon for garnish

Heat oil in a pot, add green onions, and sauté for a second

Add beef bones and sauté until color changes

Stir in garlic and ginger for 2 mins

Add celery and all the spices, mix well, then pour water, beef broth cubes, bay leaves and bring to a boil.

Cover and simmer for 2-3 hours for a rich broth.

Garnish with coriander and serve hot with bread or rice.
