Prepare the sahawiq by mixing tomatoes, garlic, chili peppers, and cilantro; refrigerate until serving.

Prepare the zhowm by combining 2 cups buttermilk, 1 cup milk, 1 1/2 tablespoons flour, chili pepper, 3 cloves garlic, a little coriander, and 1/2 tsp each of salt, cumin, and black pepper in a pot.

Leave the zhowm mixture on heat without stirring, then stir after a while, lower the heat, and cook for 15 minutes until desired consistency is reached.

Prepare the aseed by mixing 1 cup buttermilk, 2 cups water, and 1/4 cup whole wheat flour before placing on heat.

Stir the aseed mixture until it boils, then add 1 tsp of salt.

Gradually add flour until desired consistency is reached, stirring quickly to prevent lumps.

Add boiling water, scrape all the aseed into the water, and continue stirring until water disappears.

Leave the aseed on medium heat for two minutes, then make an opening in the middle to add zhowm.
