1/2 Cup Black Chickpeas
1/2 Cup Corn
1 Finely Chopped Onion
1 Finely Chopped Tomato
1 Finely Chopped Cucumber
1 Grated Carrot
1/4 Cup Coriander
2 Finely Chopped Green Chilies
1 Lemon
1 tsp Rock Salt
1 tsp Chaat Masala

Soak 1/4 Cup Whole Green Moong overnight and sprout it.

Soak 1/2 Cup Black Chickpeas overnight and sprout them.

Hang the sprouts in a muslin cloth or cover them in a strainer to separate from water.

Boil 1 Cup water in a pan.

Put the Green Moong Sprouts in the first pan to boil.

Put the Sprouted Black Chickpeas in the second pan to boil.

Put the Corn in the third pan to boil.

Boil all three for 5 minutes until soft, then turn off the flame.

Strain the cooked sprouts and separate them from water.

Put the strained sprouts in a mixing bowl.

Strain the water from the black chickpeas and add them to the mixing bowl.

Strain the water from the corn and add it to the mixing bowl.

Add the chopped Carrot, Cucumber, Onion, Tomato, and Green Chilies into the mixing bowl.

Add 1 tsp Rock Salt and 1 tsp Chaat Masala to the bowl.

Mix all the ingredients well.

Squeeze the juice of 1 Lemon into the mixture.

Mix it well again to combine everything.

Garnish the salad with 1/4 Cup Coriander.
