Moong Bean Sprouts Salad

Add 2 cups of moong sprouts into the steamer.
Cover and steam the moong sprouts for about 3 to 4 minutes.
Remove the steamed moong sprouts and allow them to cool completely.
In a bowl, add 1 medium sized carrot chopped, 1 medium sized onion, 1/4 inch ginger finely chopped, and 1 green chili finely chopped.
Add 1 medium sized radish chopped (or cucumber), and 1 medium sized tomato de-seeded and chopped.
Add 1/3 teaspoon black salt and 1 teaspoon chaat masala.
Add juice of half a lemon and 1-2 tablespoons of roasted peanuts.
Add the cooled steamed moong sprouts and some finely chopped coriander leaves.
Mix all the ingredients well and garnish with lightly crushed peanuts and chopped coriander leaves.
