Chinese Spicy Lamb & Cumin (Chinese Style Cooking Recipe)

Tamari is gluten-free and liquid aminos is often cheaper.

Finely chop the ginger, garlic and coriander.

Cut the onion into small cubes.

Cut the lamb into small cubes, place into a mixing bowl and toss with cornflour.

Heat 1 litre of oil in the wok until smoking hot.

Place the lamb in the wok and deep fry for 3 minutes, remove from oil and drain.

Heat 1 Tbsp oil in the wok.

Add the chilli flakes, cumin seeds, peanuts, garlic, ginger and onion. Fry for few seconds until fragrant.

Add the lamb, soy sauce, salt to your taste – stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Add coriander and stir.

Transfer to a dish and serve.
