400 grams canned chickpeas in brine
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 crushed garlic clove
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon salt

Open the can of chickpeas and drain them.

Add 400 grams of chickpeas to a blender.
