Add the vegetables (carrots, leeks, onions) and beef to the hot water.

Cook the meat in the water.

Put parsley and onions in a pot.

Add some broth and bring to the boil briefly.

After about two hours, take out the meat and vegetables.

Cut the meat into small pieces.

Put the noodles in the broth until cooked.

Remove the noodles from the broth and spread them on a plate.

Add the meat on top of the noodles.

Top with onions and fresh parsley.
