2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup warm water
½ tsp salt
½ cup melted ghee
1 lb ground pork
2 chopped onions
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin
½ tsp black pepper
1 egg yolk
1 tsp water

Prepare the dough by mixing 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 cup of warm water, ½ tsp of salt, and ½ cup of melted ghee until smooth.

In a separate bowl, prepare the filling by combining 1 lb of ground pork, 2 chopped onions, 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of cumin, and ½ tsp of black pepper.

Roll out the dough and fill it with the pork mixture, then seal the dumplings.
