Lagman

300 cherry tomatoes

Heat a cauldron or large heavy-bottomed pan on high fire.

Chop 1 head of onion.

Cut 2 carrots into cubes.

Chop 2 red bell peppers.

Cut 2 potatoes into cubes.

Cut 300 cherry tomatoes into quarters.

Chop 4 garlic cloves.

Pour some flour into the hot saucepan.

Add 600 grams of beef cut into cubes and fry for 20 minutes.

Add the chopped onion and fry for 5 minutes.

Add the chopped carrots and peppers, mix, and fry for another 10 minutes.

Add the cubed potatoes and cherry tomatoes, mix, and pour in boiling water.

Add salt, red and black pepper, and cumin to taste, and cook until the potatoes are done.

Separately, cook 300 grams of flat spaghetti.

Serve the spaghetti on a plate and top with the lagman, garnishing with green onions.
