1 tablespoon Ginger-Garlic paste
1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
1 teaspoon Garam Masala
1/2 teaspoon Carom Seeds
1 teaspoon Dried Fenugreek Leaves
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
1/4 cup Roasted Chickpea Flour
1/2 cup Rice Flour
1 teaspoon Chaat Masala
1/4 cup fresh Coriander

In a bowl, add Mustard Oil, Turmeric powder, Cumin powder, Green Chilli paste, Black Pepper, and Salt for the first stage of marination.
