1 cup water

Clean the goat meat and cut it into pieces of your preference.

Transfer the meat into a clean bowl and add half a teaspoon of corn starch.

Add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce to the meat and mix well.

Set the marinated meat aside for roughly 40 minutes.
