Add 1.5 tsp instant yeast, 1 tsp salt, and 2 tsp sugar to 300 grams of wheat flour and mix well.

Add 75 grams of soft margarine and 120 ml of lukewarm milk to the flour mixture and mix well with a spatula.

Cover the mixture with cling film and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Sprinkle the work surface with some flour, then place the dough on it and knead briefly.

Divide the dough into 12 pieces of approximately 42 grams each and roll them into balls.

Cover the balls with cling film and let them rise for 1 hour.

In the meantime, add 1 egg, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tbsp French mustard, 1 tbsp tomato ketchup, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, and 2 tbsp breadcrumbs to 450 grams of minced meat and knead well.

Divide the minced meat mixture into 12 equal pieces of about 45 grams each and roll them into balls.

Roll each ball in flour and shape it into a sausage.

Take a small piece of dough, roll it out, and place the sausage in the middle of the dough.

Fold the ends of the dough inwards and press the rest of the dough together to cover the sausage completely.

Roll the bun over the work surface to shape it.

Place the buns on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Brush the buns with beaten egg.

Cover the buns with cling film and let them rise for 1 hour.

After an hour, brush the buns again with beaten egg.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 19 minutes.
