💰Cheaper: homemade dough

1

Prepare a clean worktop with flour and make a hole in the middle.

2

Add the fluid ingredients: 300 grams of milk, 50 grams of butter, and 2 eggs into the hole, and keep the salt on the outside to avoid contact with the yeast.

3

Add 1 bag of yeast and mix everything from the inside to the outside to form a dough.

4

Knead the dough for about 8 to 10 minutes, using dust flour to prevent sticking.

5

Shape the dough into a ball and place it in a bowl with a bit of flour at the bottom to prevent sticking.

6

Cover the bowl with a plastic bag and a towel, and let it rise for 30 to 40 minutes.

7

Prepare the meat filling by mixing sausage meat (cleaned from sausages), 2 eggs, salt, black pepper, nutmeg, and yellow mustard.

8

Blend breadcrumbs in a small blender and add them to the meat mixture, reserving some for dusting.

9

Weigh out 50 grams of the meat mixture for each filling, making 12 pieces total.

10

Roll each piece into a ball and then flatten them into small bars, about 10 to 11 cm long, using dust flour to prevent sticking.

11

After the dough has risen, take it out and roll it into a log, cutting it into 12 equal pieces.

12

Shape each piece into a ball by folding the edges into the center and rolling it.

13

Prepare an egg wash with 2 eggs and 3 tablespoons of water, mixing well.

14

Let the shaped balls rise for another 30 to 40 minutes.

15

Roll out each ball into a flat piece, making one end thinner for folding.

16

Place the meat filling in the center and fold the dough over, sealing the edges tightly.

17

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius, placing a bowl of water in the bottom for steam.

18

Bake the rolls for 12 minutes, then remove the water and bake for an additional 6 minutes until golden brown.
