Mix 250 grams of flour, 10 grams of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of salt in a bowl.
Add 7 grams of dry yeast to 125 milliliters of warm milk and let it sit for a moment.
Mix the yeast mixture with the flour mixture and knead for about 10 minutes until a smooth dough forms.
Divide the dough into 15 pieces, each weighing about 30 to 35 grams, and roll them into balls.
Place the dough balls on a piece of baking paper, cover with a towel, and let them rise for about 20 minutes.
In a bowl, combine 500 grams of mixed ground meat, 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs, 1 teaspoon of nutmeg, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1 tablespoon of paprika powder; knead well until combined.
Roll out each dough ball into an elongated shape, place a portion of the meat mixture in the center, and fold the sides over the filling.
Seal the edges tightly and place seam-side down on a work surface.
Brush the tops with egg wash and let them rise again for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (about 392 degrees Fahrenheit).
Bake the sausage rolls for 20 to 25 minutes until cooked through.
