1/4 cup Daal masoor (Split orange lentil)
1/4 cup Daal maash (White lentil)
1/4 cup Daal moong (Split yellow lentil)
1/4 cup Rice
3 litre Water
2 Tbsp Salt
1 Tbsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp White cumin seeds
1 tsp Black pepper
5 Green cardamom
1 Black cardamom
8 -10 Cloves
1 Star anise
2 Cinnamon sticks
1/2 tsp Nutmeg (Jaifal)
1/2 tsp Mace (Javitri)
2 Bay leaf
1 cup Oil
4 medium size Onion (Julienne cutting)
1 kg Beef boneless
2 Tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1 Tbsp Salt
3 Tbsp Red chilli powder
1 tsp Turmeric powder
2 Tbsp Coriander powder
1 Tbsp Chaat masala
1 Tbsp Prepared masala
2 litre Water

Boil the lentils with wheat, barley, split bengal gram, split orange lentil, white lentil, split yellow lentil, and rice in 3 litres of water, adding salt and turmeric powder.

Prepare the masala by heating oil and sautéing onions until golden brown, then adding white cumin seeds, black pepper, green cardamom, black cardamom, cloves, star anise, cinnamon sticks, nutmeg, mace, and bay leaf.

Add the beef and ginger garlic paste to the masala, seasoning with salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and coriander powder, then add water and cook until the beef is tender.

Combine the boiled lentils with the beef mixture and cook together until well blended.
